Rajesh Shah
Chief Operations Officer

Rajesh Shah has over twenty-five years of experience in Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Program Management, Project Management, and Systems and Business Analysis. Over the last three years operating as a Chief Operations Officer, Shah plays a key role in establishing, growing and managing a Tribal 8(a) organization that works with the US Federal government. He successfully designed, developed and delivered effective business solutions for a wide range of small and global organizations. He has years of experience in ERP practice development, execution and delivery. He has strong experience and a successful track record in delivering business solutions that are driven by ERP Systems. He has held key management and executive level positions with small and global Corporations.

Shah holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from San Jose State University and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California.

April J. Roberts
Chief Financial Officer

April J. Roberts has over ten years of experience in Financial Management, specializing in fields related to technology. She has been an integral part of the leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing and budget management functions for various multi-million dollar companies. She has a wide range of knowledge of government contracting and accounting to include Defense Contract Audit Agency practices, Small Business Administration practices, and Federal Acquisition Regulations. Roberts has also worked extensively within the Small Disadvantaged Business and 8(a) programs. Over the last three years with Suh’dutsing Technologies, Roberts has acted as Quality Assurance Manager, Senior Accounting Manager and Controller. She has played a key role in establishing, growing and managing the financial systems and strategies of Suh’dutsing Technologies.

Roberts graduated with top honors from DeVry University in Phoenix, Arizona where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting with an emphasis on information systems.
