The Headquarters Standard Systems Group (HQ SSG) of the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) is seeking sources for the acquisition of Network-Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) to include Information Technology, Networking, Telephony, Security (NCITNTS), Voice, Video and Data Communications to include (but not limited to) Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) products, system solutions and systems hardware and software to satisfy the requirements for interoperability, compatibility, and resource sharing of both Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE), supporting the Air Force's Global Information Grid (GIG) architecture. The scope of this planned acquisition is to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Network-Centric Information Technology COTS products, security (firewalls, vpn, encryption and decryption, etc.) and system solutions (to include but not be limited to engineering,
software development, integration, installation, testing, warranty, training, operations and maintenance), and the hardware, software and materials to design, install, support and maintain Network-Centric Information Technology, Networking, Telephony and Security (NCITNTS) systems.

Overview: The purpose of these contracts is to provide Network-Centric Information technology, Networking, Telephony and Security, Voice, Video and Data Communications Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) products, system solutions, engineering services systems hardware and software, warranty, systems management, operations and maintenance support, configuration management, training, centralized logistics and inventory management support, depot level support, spares and/or supplies to satisfy the requirements for interoperability, compatibility and resource sharing of both Government Furnished Equipment and Contractor Furnished Equipment, supporting the Global Information Grid (GIG) architecture. The Network-Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) contract, is designed as a flexible end-user solution to embrace diverse current and future network-centric information technology requirements, ensure interoperability through standards-based technology (using both GFE and CFE) and implement the constant evolution of state-of-the-art technology and systems solutions.
